Heather Van De Mark

Web Designer

After leaving the unprofitable industry of writing, Heather switched to the more lucrative (ha!) career of graphic design. She joined Groove in October 2008 as Web Designer and unofficial writer, copy editor and grammar queen. Currently, she’s studying for her M.A. in Publications Design from the University of Baltimore. She received a B.A. from Cornell University in English and FGSS. In the office, you can find Heather furiously designing to beat deadlines, scanning the latest design websites or nosing through art books. She really gets a kick out of conceptual design and typography. In her spare time, she tries to make the world a better place. (Please recycle!)
