Not one our ours, but this cool gig came across my desk yesterday… Who wouldn’t want to work at one of the coolest hotels in Las Vegas.

Job Title: Web Producer
Status: Non-supervisory
Direct Report – Vice President of Marketing Hard Rock Hotel
Dotted Line – Corporate Director E-Commerce

Responsibilities:
• Assist internal/external clients with functionality and content issues with all company websites and online marketing endeavors.
• Traffic content management and the continued development of all websites, including hotel , casino and nightlife.
• Traffic and management of Search Engine Optimization firm.
• Monitor/set-up and test all bookable rates through the website as related to published, corporate and package rates). Establish checklist for building rates and daily checklist to monitor accuracy of rates and content.
• Continuous review of listings, placement on consumer travel and corporate sites. Correct inaccuracies and provide updated images and content. Fact checking, gathering new and updated information.
• Monitoring of competition including listings and placement.
• Assist with constant review and continuous improvement of HRH sites. (gathering information, fact checking)
• Traffic and management of all email campaigns including (creative development, list management, distribution and backend analysis and report distribution).
• Exploration of new e-commerce/online opportunities to support marketing strategy.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all components of e-campaigns including lists, timelines, creative, response and revenue and distribute accordingly.

SKILLS:
• Knowledge of (Flash, .NET, HTML, Photoshop) .
• Extremely organized and detailed oriented; attention to deadlines and project timeframes
• Strong communication skills both oral and written
• Communicate effectively internally and externally
• Ability to think critically and evaluate best possible solutions and procedures
• Thorough knowledge of the workings of the internet processes and functions including, site content, database, and marketing systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and take projects through all phases of development: envisioning, to planning, to implementation, through review and analysis.
• Service oriented, self-motivated, even-tempered, approachable and flexible.
• Some general understanding of database applications (programming not required) but the general knowledge of the logic that a system would use to run an application.
