Groove Commerce is looking for a talented, enthusiastic Web Marketing Intern to help service our nationwide clients from our Federal Hill location.
The right candidate should be working towards a business or marketing degree. We will teach you everything else you need to know. Help us take our projects to the next level! You will be working on websites that get significant traffic and exposure.
You will assist in a variety of tasks designed to generate positive attention to our client’s websites.
Daily responsibilities include:
* Product entry for eCommerce websites
* Various administrative duties associated with search marketing campaigns
* Assistance with the analysis and optimization of various web campaigns
* eNewsletter and e-mail compilation, creation and disbursement
* Assistance with marketing copy
* Creation of ad-hoc marketing reports as needed
* Creation/updating of web pages
Essential Team Skills:
* Be responsible and accountable
* Maintain integrity
* Support your team members
* Be a self starter and fast learner
Essential Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
* Studies in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
* Familiarity with e-marketing media and software applications a plus
* Willingness to learn on the job
You should be able to work at least 12 hours per week and be for college credit. Potential part time/full time employment opportunities may be available for the right candidate post internship. These qualifications with a can-do, proactive attitude will get you a great opportunity to work with young startup that appreciates creativity and a winning attitude.
