We’re happy to announce the recent launch of our latest eCommerce website design: PCFallon.com. We first met the owners of P.C. Fallon at the Internet Retailer Conference in Boston back in June this year. Groove took a look at their website during a free consultation and offered a few suggestions to improve P.C. Fallon’s usability, design and conversions. About a month later, Groove and P.C. Fallon decided to work together on a new website. The goals of the new website were: 1. Make the P.C. Fallon brand more consistent, 2. Structure the navigation better, and 3. Increase their conversion rate with a streamlined and usable design.

Some highlights of the new PCFallon.com include:

  • Bedding Products Configurator
  • Custom eCommerce Site Search
  • One Page Checkout
  • Mini Cart
  • Stock Availability Display Feature

P.C. Fallon, a fine home and bath products retailer, has been on the web since 1998. Their eCommerce website sells products from popular brands such as Crabtree & Evelyn and Caswell-Massey as well as niche brands. Over the years, P.C. Fallon added new products and manufacturers, and ended up with a bloated eCommerce site consisting of drastically, different looking category and product pages. The old design was user-unfriendly and visually inconsistent. With the new design, Groove achieved the consistency P.C. Fallon needed as they expanded their online website. We’re also confident that their new checkout will convert a lot better than their old one!

Merchant Account Pro Says:

A nice design except I really don’t like the navigation when you do a mouse over, how it puts the purple underline. To me, it makes it hard to know which category you are on, the line could mean the top or bottom one. Instead, change the color of the text or change the background for that particular box.
