While there is a plethora of activities throughout the pre-summit day on February 26th, we will focus on the main three days, February 27th through the 29th. 

Main Day 1: Tuesday, February 27th

Starting on the 27th is a fireside chat with Target’s SVP of Apparel and Accessories, Gena Fox on delivering a standout eCommerce experience through Intuitive Merchandising. Right after is the Chairperson’s remarks with Wunderkind, presented by Richard Jones, the Chief Revenue Officer of that company. 

Moving on throughout the day are networking breaks, retailer meetups, and other social activities to break up the day. Some other noteworthy Keynote panel discussions include shaping the ideal digital customer experience, the state of D2C in 2024, and melding brand and performance marketing.

Main Day 2: Wednesday, February 28th 

The 28th could be called the real “meat-and-potatoes” day of the event. There are similar opening remarks that dovetail into keynote sessions and fireside chats, as the eTail West 2024 organizers have decided to call them.

Main Day 3: Thursday, February 29th (Retailer Only)

As mentioned above, the third day is only for retailers — as in, technology partners and system implementers won’t be allowed in the door.

The sessions that piqued our interest the most are the Keynote Panel Discussion on How To Make Real Progress And Build A Roadmap For Sustainability with leaders from Evereve, Smartpress, Coyichi, Thousand Fell, and Modern Retail along with C-Suite Conversations: Leadership Strategies In The New Age Of Retail with Vince, Museum of Ice Cream, and Skylight. 

The event wraps up with a California wine tasting for all attendees at 2:50 and concludes at 3:40 that evening.
