When you approach Groove Commerce for a possible project you probably already have some goals in mind: maybe a site redesign, a major platform switch or a social media campaign. We’re eager to help. We excel in execution. But the main reason we drive more revenue for our clients is the time and effort we put into our eCommerce website analysis and site strategy before we work on your site.
We do everything we can to fully understand not just your website, but your company, your customers, and your competition.
The only way to truly know if a project is a success is to have measurable results.
Identifying Problems & Opportunities
Chances are you’re here because you want better results from your website and online marketing efforts. We help you do that by focusing on two areas: fixing problems and uncovering opportunities.
We start with a thorough analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of your current eCommerce or lead generation website and online strategies. We do the same with your competition.
From your website to your business strategy to your online marketing, we’ll help you identify problems and opportunities that will make the most impact on your website’s performance.
Measurable Analytics: Success Isn’t Luck
The only way to truly know if a project is a success is to have measurable results. The first thing we do is a lead generation or eCommerce site analysis to measure how your website is performing right now and use that as a baseline against which we’ll judge future successes. Using certain KPIs such as site traffic, conversion rate and average order value we investigate if and how your website stands out and holds up to the competition.
Warning: If another company doesn’t insist on putting analytics in place and actually measuring results, ask them why not. That’s like playing a game and not keeping score. We want to keep score so you can see measurable results and value.
We also just like winning and being able to prove it (you should see our touchdown dance, we know how to get down).
We don’t do cookie cutter at Groove (we do, however, do cookies). We craft a lead generation or eCommerce strategy based on your company’s unique needs including expected growth, budget and time frame. If your project has limitations due to size, technology or any other variable, don’t worry. As a company, we’re willing to roll up our sleeves and get creative.
The next step after Analysis and Strategy is Design and Development.
